Refund Policy: Travel Planning Fees - Visually Rich Travel

1. Nonrefundable Planning Fees
◦ All travel planning fees paid to Visually Rich Travel are strictly nonrefundable.
◦ The planning fee compensates for the time, expertise, research, and professional
services rendered in developing customized travel itineraries, sourcing
accommodations, curating excursions, and providing travel consultation.
◦ Because these services begin immediately upon payment, no portion of the
planning fee may be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation,
change of mind, or inability to travel.

2. Service Credit Validity
◦ While the planning fee itself is nonrefundable, the client will receive a service
credit equal to the amount paid.
◦ This credit may be applied toward travel planning services for up to one (1) year
from the original date of payment.
◦ After one year, the service credit will automatically expire, and no further services
or credits will be available.

3. Rescheduling & Applying Services
◦ Clients may apply their service credit toward planning a different trip, destination,
or set of travel dates, provided that planning begins within the one-year validity
period.
◦ Service credits cannot be transferred to another individual or used toward direct
travel costs (airfare, accommodations, tours, etc.); they apply to planning
services only.

4. Scope of Services Covered
◦ The service credit covers only the professional planning services originally
purchased (i.e., consultation, research, itinerary development, vendor
recommendations, and booking assistance if applicable).
◦ If the client requests additional services outside the original scope, supplemental
planning fees may apply.

5. Client Responsibility
◦ It is the client’s responsibility to initiate travel planning services within the oneyear
period.
◦ Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the service credit with no refunds,
extensions, or exceptions.

6. Acknowledgment of Policy
◦ By submitting payment for travel planning services, the client acknowledges,
understands, and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
